1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted only under approved policy windows. If a refund is allowed, processing time may take 7-14 business days. Any payment-gateway charges or taxes (if non-refundable at source) may be deducted.
No refund is applicable after substantial course consumption, downloadable resource access, or completion certificate issuance.
2. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it takes 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method depending on your bank.
3. Course Access
If a refund is processed, your access to the course materials, live sessions, and community groups will be revoked immediately.
